WHAT IS POWERSTEP?
POWER STEP invites you to activate your entire body, elevate off the floor and the step, strut your strength, work through intervals, and show your true colours in speed/agility training. Athletic step training has endless choreography options and this release challenges you to put your best foot forward. SOCIAL
Some people train purely as a social event, a night out, and why not? It’s much more fun to train in a groups session you will be more motivated and push yourself harder and keep coming if people are expecting you! Our job as instructors is to try and cater for all those needs, and with many years’ experience, we feel we have found the right balance.
SAFETY
The training atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and safe. You will NOT be placed under pressure as a beginner, the class is at your own pace! You do as much as you can; no matter what anyone else is doing. You will increase, as you progress and become more confident, stronger and fitter but we work up to that level together step by step. Our philosophy on teaching is simple - if someone comes to train with us with limited confidence, placing them under pressure in the early stages will not improve their confidence, but may well destroy what little confidence they already had! It is worth noting that all instructors are HSE First Aid qualified and DBS (police) checked. You are in safe hands!
WHAT DO I NEED?
When you start just wear something comfortable and non-restrictive (shorts and t-shirt or vest tops are recommended).

WHAT DO I NEED?

- You may wish to bring a small towel to dry yourself off during sessions
- You may also bring a drink of water – please in a sports bottle or one with a top as not to easily spill.
