Our Schools Booking Policy (To ensure Fairness for All Members)
1 Members are solely responsible for making, attending and cancelling their own bookings. This is not the schools, Instructor or Receptionist responsibility. All members are provided with their own account for both the member portal and member app specifically designed to manage your own bookings.
2 Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance (if you have sessions available), the booking week and session allocation runs from a Monday each week and concludes on Sunday.
3 Cancellations can be made up to 60 minutes before start of class or at least 48 hours before Grading / Assessments / Personal Training and Seminars.
4 Sessions, DO NOT CARRY OVER, Bookings not cancelled within the cancelation period will not be refunded and will still be included as your allocated session. I.E. If you book a class in the week and do not cancel or show up to this and you are on a once a week training package this counts as your session and you cannot book another session for a later time of day or another day in the same week.
5 If a session is fully booked then you can add yourself to the waiting list and should a space become available you will be promoted into the class automatically and emailed a confirmation of the booking. If you are on a waiting list and you attend the school you will only be allowed to participate if a space becomes available in the class.
6 "No Show Percentages" All members attendance and bookings are recorded and monitored if your "No Show Percentage" becomes "AMBER" your Instructor may make you aware of this by giving you as a warning. If this increases to "RED" you may be banned from booking classes for 30 days. In extreme cases where "No Show Percentage" becomes unreasonably high your membership may be terminated by the school.
