Our School's Booking Policy (To Ensure Fairness for All Members)
1. Members must manage their own bookings, including making, attending, and cancelling sessions. This responsibility does not fall on the school, instructors, or receptionists. Each member is equipped with an account for the member portal and app, designed for personal booking management.
2. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, provided you have available sessions. The booking week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.
3. Cancellations are permitted up to 60 minutes before the class starts or a minimum of 48 hours before Grading, Assessments, Personal Training, and Seminars.
4. Sessions do not carry over. Failure to cancel within the cancellation period means the session will not be refunded and will count towards your allocated sessions. For example, if you miss a class without cancelling and you're on a once-a-week training package, it will count as your session for that week.
5. If a session is full, you may join the waiting list. If a spot opens, you will be automatically enrolled in the class and receive an email confirmation. Attendance from the waiting list is only permitted if a space becomes available.
6. "No Show Percentages" are tracked for all members. If your "No Show Percentage" reaches "AMBER," you may receive a warning from your instructor. An increase to "RED" could result in a 30-day ban from booking classes. In severe cases of high "No Show Percentages," your membership may be terminated.
Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting fellow members by adhering to our guidelines.
