SOCIAL
Training can be a social event, akin to a night out, and rightfully so. It's far more enjoyable to train in a group setting where motivation is high, efforts are greater, and attendance is consistent, especially when others anticipate your presence. As instructors, our role is to meet these diverse needs, and with years of experience, we believe we've struck the ideal balance.
SAFETY
The training environment is welcoming, amiable, and secure. As a beginner, you won't face undue pressure; you'll progress at your own pace. You're encouraged to do as much as you're able, regardless of others' performance. As you grow more confident, stronger, and fitter, we'll advance together, step by step. Our teaching philosophy is straightforward: pressuring someone with low confidence early on won't bolster it, but could instead erode their existing confidence. Notably, all instructors are HSE First Aid certified and have undergone DBS checks. Rest assured, you're in safe hands.
WHAT DO I NEED?
To start, simply wear something comfortable and loose-fitting (shorts and a t-shirt or tank top are ideal).
Consider bringing a small towel to pat dry during sessions.
Also, feel free to bring water in a sports bottle or a container with a secure lid to prevent spills.
