Here are a few of the things which will now become the new normal; we will expect all members to follow these new protocols to keep everyone safe:

As always there is a lot of information here and while we all try to get used to a new normal, if you do have any questions or feedback please do not hesitate to speak to one of our school Instructors; we are also to keen to hear your thoughts and feedback.
What can you expect when you come back to class?
- Do Not attend the school if you have any Covid-19 symptoms - follow Government guidance and get a test! Any member found to be showing any of the Covid-19 symptoms will not be allowed to train until tested.
- Do Not arrive more than 10 mins before your class start time.
- All members will have temperature checked upon arrival before accessing the school
- Hands must be sanitised before entry.
- Face masks/coverings must be worn throughout the school by all those 13yrs & over (unless exempt). Once in the training studio masks can be removed while training.
- Attendance by class booking only; as well as contactless members cards entry system.
- Follow social distancing please give people space and respect their space.
- Ventilation within the school has been increased with extra air extractions and outside ventilation.
- Class time have been staggered to allow members to leave before the next class arrives before their class.
- Parents & Members are welcome to use waiting room freely; face masks / coverings are requested for those not exempt.
What else should I be aware of?
- Toilet facilities and internal doors have been altered to ensure reduced touch points and good hand hygiene.
- Instructors may be wearing masks and other P.P.E. dependent on their task within the school while members are in e.g. such as if administering first aid.
- All payments should be made via the schools online shop where possible and if needed by contactless card payment at the school.
- All personal belongs should be removed after each class to ensure no cross contamination and allow for safe disinfection of the school.
How else are we protecting our members?
- Increased hygiene regime for ensure the school is clean and safe. This includes added:
- Disinfecting pinch and contact points.
- Antiviral fogging & disinfection of the school on a regular basis.
- All equipment used sanitised regularly.
- All visitors & tradesman working on site will be outside of training times and will not come in contact with members.
- All Instructors have completed specific Industry Standard Covid-Safe training to keep our members safe.
- Instructors twice weekly Covid-19 tested & vaccinated.
